We aim to reply within two business days. To help us resolve things on the first reply, tell us which platform you are on (the iPhone app or the web app), the email address on your account, and what you expected to happen.

1. What Street Poker Is

Street Poker is a poker study and training tool. It analyses hand histories you upload, classifies opponent tendencies, and drills you on preflop and postflop decisions against a real-money-game player pool.

There is no wagering, no real-money play, and no purchase of chips or credits anywhere in the app. Nothing you do here places a bet.

2. Getting Started

The iPhone app opens on a short setup flow that asks for your skill level so lessons start at the right tier. You can tap Skip for now to go straight in without creating an account. Progress is then stored on the device only.

The web app at streetpoker.pro adds the upload and analytics surfaces: hand-history import, the player-pool browser, exploit reports, and the full range explorer.

Signing in with the same account on both keeps your lesson progress in sync.

3. Your Account and Your Data

Delete your account. In the iPhone app, open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. In the web app, open Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. Either one permanently removes your account, cancels any active subscription, and erases your uploaded hand histories and stored progress. It cannot be undone.

Export your data. In the web app, open Settings → Data & Privacy → Export My Data. You get a JSON file containing your own profile, subscription records, and uploaded hand histories.

Clear only the device copy. In the iPhone app, Settings → Data offers Reset all progress and Clear local app data. Neither deletes your account.

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it. For privacy-specific requests you can also write to privacy@streetpoker.pro.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro and Elite subscriptions are purchased and managed on our website, not through the App Store. Tapping an upgrade option in the iPhone app opens streetpoker.pro in your browser, where checkout is handled by Stripe. Apple does not process these payments and cannot refund them.

Sign in with the same account in your browser that you use in the app. If you check out while signed out, or while signed in as a different account, the subscription attaches to the wrong record and the app will not unlock.

To change plan, update a card, or cancel, open the web app and go to Settings → Account & Billing → Manage Billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves access active until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a payment succeeded but the app still shows the free tier, email us with the address you paid with and we will reconcile it.

6. Bugs, Feedback, and Accessibility

Bug reports and feature requests both go to support@streetpoker.pro. A screenshot and the steps you took beforehand are usually enough for us to reproduce it.

If an accessibility barrier is stopping you from using a feature, see our Accessibility Statement and write to us with “Accessibility” in the subject line.
