Welcome to Street Poker, a poker analytics platform designed for live cash game players. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, application, and all related services. By accessing or using Street Poker, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Street Poker in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Account Terms

Accounts are created through social login providers (Google, Discord, etc.). You may only maintain one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Street Poker offers three subscription tiers:

• Free — $0/month, permanent access with usage limits
• Pro — $29/month, or $23/month when billed annually
• Elite — $59/month, or $47/month when billed annually

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted annual rate shown at checkout.

5. Free Tier

Street Poker provides a permanent free tier with core functionality and usage limits. No credit card is required to use the free tier. We reserve the right to modify the features and limits of the free tier at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests can be made by contacting our support team.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all hand history data you upload to Street Poker. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

By uploading hand histories, you represent that you have the right to use and submit that data. You grant Street Poker a limited license to process uploaded hand histories to provide analytics, sync features you enable, support troubleshooting, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Product-improvement use of uploaded hands is handled with de-identified or aggregated data where possible, and is subject to the consent, opt-out, deletion, and export controls available in the app.

8. Acceptable Use

When using Street Poker, you agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to the service, other users, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Street Poker is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service. We do not guarantee any specific poker results, financial outcomes, or performance improvements from using our analytics tools. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Street Poker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Street Poker after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
